Sigma Kappa

One heart, One Way.

Sigma Kappa was founded at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, on Nov. 9, 1874. The Beta Upsilon chapter was founded at Ohio University in 1949.

Sigma Kappa proudly supports the Sigma Kappa Foundation, Inherit the Earth, Gerontology, The Maine Seacoast Mission and the Alzheimer's Association as its philanthrophic partners.

Sigma Kappa's colors are maroon and lavender. Its mascot is a dove.

Each fall, Sigma Kappa hosts a kindness week and each spring, it hosts a mental health week.
